Our Elite Stylists are our Master Stylists with over 10+ years of experience in the industry. Elite Stylists have mastered services behind the chair, teach and help other stylists, with hair and the back-ends of running a business (key aspect for growing a business). They still continue their education quarterly either behind the chair or behind the business masters of the world.
ELITE STYLIST
Master Stylists have seen it, done it, and built themselves from the apprentice program to advanced stylist all the way up to Master Stylist. They are licensed cosmetologists with advanced education with many years of experience and hard working perfecting their artistry. They have mastered specialty services with in-house and advanced outside education and pay it forward by mentoring our Apprentice and Advanced stylists.
MASTER STYLIST
Licensed cosmetologists that have been though our apprentice program and have proven that they are ready and equipped to take on a full clientele. They have worked diligently with a Master or Elite stylist to dig deep into the hair world and learn advanced techniques. They have taken both in house education and outside education to further broaden their skills.
ADVANCED STYLIST
Apprentice stylists are licensed cosmetologists that are working hand in hand with Elite or Master stylists. Many of these professionals work in the salon during cosmetology school to gain a better knowledge of the salon systems and build relationships with our guests. These stylists receive hands on training through the apprentice program and utilize this time to build their skills in order to provide quality services. They do not take clientele of their own.
